As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable. Responsibilities

• Create innovative architectural designs that reflect the client's vision and address functional spaces.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Liaise with local authorities regarding building permits and zoning laws.
• Utilize sustainable building practices to create environmentally-friendly designs.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and make revisions to designs based on input.
• Work with landscape architects and interior designers for integrated design solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creative Thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Architect (RA)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM): Experience with BIM software for more efficient project management and design.
