We are on the lookout for a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content that elevates brand visibility and engages our audience. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with department leads to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive talent pipelines.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Organize and conduct interviews, providing a smooth recruitment experience for candidates.
  • Assist in creating employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Analyze hiring data to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
  • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
  • Provide recommendations for improving the onboarding process based on candidate feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Certifications in recruitment are a plus.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
