Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning Program Manager to design and implement impactful training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance. The successful candidate will oversee the development of training materials, manage learning projects, and assess training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs.
  • Assess employee performance gaps and determine training objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training materials.
  • Utilize learning management systems to deliver and track training.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations to assess program effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor relationships for external training programs.
  • Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Promote a culture of learning by encouraging leadership participation in training initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Education or Training are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing learning programs or similar roles
