Responsibilities

• Conduct medication therapy management to improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in community health initiatives.
• Coordinate with insurers for prescription reimbursements.
• Facilitate medication adherence through educational programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Postgraduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice is desirable

Experience

• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is beneficial

Languages

• English: Fluent
