Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution. Your role will involve coordinating logistics, managing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices to optimize operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proven track record in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Establish key performance indicators for supply chain metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align supply chain strategies.
  • Manage budget for procurement and logistics.
  • Negotiate pricing with suppliers to maximize cost efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust as needed to meet demand.
  • Report to senior management on supply chain operations and initiatives.
  • Ensure effective training and development for supply chain staff.
  • Identify and resolve issues within the supply chain effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred

  • 5+ years in logistics and supply chain roles
