Job Description

As a Switchboard Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our logistics operations, maintaining communication across departments and ensuring the smooth flow of information. You will handle inquiries and deliver prompt responses while operating critical machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the transfer of information through the switchboard efficiently.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication to ensure clarity.
  • Monitor equipment performance to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support team functions.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding operations.
  • Document any issues and escalate them as necessary to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Degree or certification in a relevant technical field is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
