Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst based in Cape Town to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing software to ensure that our products meet established standards of quality. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying issues, improving processes, and ultimately delivering a better user experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute regression tests and validate bug fixes.
• Monitor and report the progress of testing activities.
• Facilitate test environment setup and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and guidelines.
• Support the QA team in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a QA role

Technical Skills

• Manual Testing
• API Testing

• Problem-Solving
• Team Collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Understanding of CI/CD processes for automated testing and deployment.
• Experience with Performance Testing Tools: Exposure to tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is an advantage.
