We are seeking a creative and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing a diverse range of architectural projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and a passion for contemporary architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans, models, and detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences.
• Conduct site visits and assess project feasibility.
• Research and apply local building codes and regulations.
• Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications.
• Prepare presentations and reports to convey design ideas and project updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an architect
