Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of machinery and identify issues.
• Perform hydraulic and pneumatic repairs as needed.
• Ensure all mechanical work is completed accurately and on time.
• Utilize technical manuals and data sheets for troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts and equipment.
• Contribute to team discussions on safety protocols.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest technologies.
• Support emergency repairs during production downtime.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• BTech qualification will be an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Mechanical systems design
• Maintenance of CNC machinery

• Leadership

Certifications

• Advanced Manufacturing Technology Certificate
• Project Management Fundamentals Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
