Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide top-notch support for our clients' technical needs. The ideal candidate will have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for technology. You will assist clients through various channels and play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets for various clients.
  • Provide feedback on technical processes to improve support efficiency.
  • Assist in developing training materials for clients.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and improvements.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support role
