Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, using your excellent communication skills to assist our customers. You’ll handle queries across various platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining our brand's reputation. Your role involves problem-solving, product knowledge, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Process orders and manage follow-up logistics.
  • Assist with technical issues as required.
  • Promote additional services to enhance customer experience.
  • Create a welcoming environment that encourages customer feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Further studies in Customer Care or a related field are preferred.
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
