Job Description

As an Architecture Designer at Innovative Designs Ltd., you will play a key role in bringing innovative architectural visions to life. This position requires a strong design sensibility and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and various stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and draft architectural plans based on client briefs.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with planning permissions.
• Execute project management duties throughout the design process.
• Assist in finalizing material and finishes for projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare 3D models and visualizations for presentations.
• Review contractor submissions for compliance with designs.
• Adapt designs based on client feedback and site conditions.
• Contribute to the development of internal design guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Professional Master’s in Architecture is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
