DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining cloud infrastructure that supports our applications and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation, CI/CD processes, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of existing infrastructure to the cloud.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors for software and solutions.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency.
• Design and develop scripts for orchestration and automation.
• Conduct analysis of current systems and recommend improvements.
• Ensure continuous integration and delivery principles are followed.
• Engage in incident management and root cause analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 5+ years in software development and DevOps practices

Technical Skills

Languages
