As a Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various woodworking machinery. Your expertise will ensure that our projects meet quality standards and deadlines efficiently.
Responsibilities
Set up and calibrate machines for various woodworking tasks.
Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials.
Monitor equipment performance and produce accurate reports.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Conduct quality checks at various stages of production.
Communicate effectively with supervisory staff regarding workload and challenges.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Prior experience in woodworking or machine operation is preferred
