Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide wound care and manage intravenous (IV) therapy.
• Support patients during rehabilitation and recovery.
• Facilitate discharge planning and follow-ups.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
• Advocate for patients' needs and preferences.

Advantageous

• Experience in emergency care: Prior experience in emergency room or trauma nursing.
• Pediatric nursing experience: Experience in providing care to children and young adults.
