Job Description

We are seeking a detailed-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in Cape Town. As a Financial Analyst, you'll analyze financial data to support decision-making processes and provide insights that drive business growth. You'll be responsible for creating reports, forecasting trends, and assisting in budget preparation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue streams and expenses.
• Create and maintain financial models for forecasting.
• Prepare detailed budgets and variance reports.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure budget adherence.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities for growth.
• Present findings and reports to management.
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews.
• Assist in capital project evaluation and investment analysis.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather financial data.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• CFA or CPA designation is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
