Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and regular evaluations.
• Deliver treatments and medications adhering to established protocols.

• Document patient care and progress accurately in patient files.
• Instruct patients on post-discharge care and community resources available.
• Respond promptly to patients' needs and emergencies.
• Update patient care plans in accordance with the patient's status.
• Participate in health education workshops and community outreach.

Advantageous

• Experience in Emergency or Critical Care: Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced emergency department or ICU setting.
• Leadership experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role is advantageous.
