Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, combined with strong leadership skills to oversee our finance team and ensure the organization's financial health.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute an effective financial strategy to meet the organization's needs.
  • Monitor financial performance and report on variances to the executive team.
  • Oversee capital structure and funding strategies to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
  • Ensure strong internal controls and safeguards for the organization.
  • Drive improvement in financial processes and reporting.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Lead the finance team in developing a results-oriented culture.
  • Foster a team environment that encourages collaboration and professional development.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the financial sector, staying updated on trends and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred
  • Professional accounting qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 8+ years of comprehensive experience in financial management roles.
