Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the removal and replacement of bobbins efficiently.
  • Inspect and clean machinery regularly to ensure high performance.
  • Document the usage and condition of machinery and bobbins.
  • Support the continuous improvement of operational practices.
  • Collaborate with quality control to ensure product standards.
  • Participate in safety drills and training as required.
  • Assist with inventory management for bobbins and machinery parts.
  • Maintain records of production and downtime.
  • Engage with team leaders to discuss workflow improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Attention to detail Ability to focus on intricate tasks and produce accurate results.
  • Manual dexterity Skillful use of hands for tasks requiring precision.
  • Basic math skills Ability to perform basic calculations and measurements.
  • Communication Strong verbal skills for efficient exchanges with team members.
