Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plating machines and equipment.
• Ensure that plating solutions are mixed to the correct specifications.
• Monitor the production process and adjust parameters as necessary.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of plating equipment.
• Document and maintain records of production output and quality checks.
• Assist in training new employees on plating processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and targets.
• Implement clean-up and safety procedures after shifts.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Plating certification preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in plating or related field
