Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Johannesburg to oversee all aspects of our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, procurement, and inventory management to ensure timely delivery of products and services. This role requires strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to optimize our supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement supply chain solutions that drive efficiency.
• Ensure the integrity of inventory records and warehouse operations.
• Facilitate training and development for supply chain staff.
• Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain processes.
• Conduct regular audits of supply chain activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a managerial role within supply chain
