Job Description

As a Bookkeeper at Accountancy Pros, you will play a vital role in managing the financial records of our clients. Your expertise in bookkeeping and attention to detail will ensure accurate financial reports and compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Process and record invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Assist in tax preparations and filing.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes.
  • File and maintain all accounting records and documents.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field
  • Certification in Bookkeeping or Accounting is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in bookkeeping or related field
