Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both residential and commercial projects, showcasing creativity and innovation in their designs. You will also collaborate with clients to translate their visions into functional and inspiring spaces.

Responsibilities

• Direct project team meetings to assess project status and provide updates to management.
• Identify project risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance project management skills.
• Conduct post-project reviews to learn from successes and challenges encountered.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration is a plus
• Certification in Agile methodologies is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management and execution

• Agile Project Management

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
