Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both residential and commercial projects, showcasing creativity and innovation in their designs. You will also collaborate with clients to translate their visions into functional and inspiring spaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timeline and budget constraints.
• Lead project planning sessions, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet targets.
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and delivered effectively to all stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration is a plus
• Certification in Agile methodologies is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management and execution
