Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of multi-channel advertising campaigns.
• Interface with clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage the production of advertising materials from concept to execution.
• Use data analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of ads.
• Train junior staff in advertising best practices and project management.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure high-quality output.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Marketing or Advertising

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
