Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our Johannesburg operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and streamline procedures to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.
• Manage logistics and transportation functions to ensure timely deliveries.
• Lead staff meetings to discuss performance and address challenges.
• Implement and track KPIs to measure warehouse performance effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Work closely with upper management to align on operational goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in warehouse management or logistics operations

Technical Skills

• Supply Chain Analytics
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
