Job Description

Join our team as a Logistics Coordinator and oversee our logistics processes in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and collaborating with partners to optimize our supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
• Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demands.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes.
• Implement best practices for logistics and supply chain management.
• Analyze logistics data and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that safety and regulatory compliance standards are met in all logistics activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Master’s degree will be considered as an asset

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles

• Project Management Tools

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with customs procedures: Knowledgeable about customs regulations and import/export procedures.
