We are seeking a knowledgeable Tax Consultant to join our Durban office. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in tax compliance and planning, contributing to our clients' financial success. You will provide strategic tax advice and ensure adherence to the latest tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tax compliance for various clients and ensure timely submission.
• Develop tax strategies to enhance client financial performance.
• Review and update internal procedures related to tax compliance.
• Communicate with clients regarding their tax situation and provide clear recommendations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss tax planning initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation or Business
• Master's degree is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of tax consulting experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Tax Compliance Software
• Regulatory Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Client Management

Certifications

• Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT)
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is an asset

Languages

• English: Fluent
