Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and enhancing operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that increase productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing production systems and recommend enhancements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Monitor project progress and report on outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all processes.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on new operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing
