Job Description

We are looking for an innovative Learning and Development Specialist to enhance our training programs. You will assess learning needs, design impactful learning solutions, and foster a continuous improvement culture. Your contributions will align employee development with business objectives, ensuring a skilled and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement competency frameworks for staff development.
  • Conduct training workshops and seminars to enhance team skills.
  • Use metrics to assess training outcomes and improve programs.
  • Foster a learning culture by promoting continuous education opportunities.
  • Support management in succession planning through development programs.
  • Collaborate with external trainers and educational institutions.
  • Create training materials, manuals, and online content for staff use.
  • Facilitate coaching sessions for professionals seeking career advancement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Organizational Development
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate training or L&D
