Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be pivotal in driving HR strategies that align with our business objectives. Your role will encompass overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic HR projects that support the business vision.
  • Enhance talent management strategies through innovative practices.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Develop training programs to upskill employees.

  • Manage compensation and benefits administration.
  • Advise on employee relations issues and compliance matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • MBA in Human Resources Management is preferred
