Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns to supervisors or family members.
  • Coordinate daily activities to ensure client engagement and quality of life.
  • Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
  • Oversee medication schedules and ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate communication with healthcare professionals when necessary.
  • Provide psychological and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as required.
  • Encourage participation in physical and social activities.
  • Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness throughout the caregiving process.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant is a plus
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in home health or caregiving roles
