Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' skin conditions and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Deliver a range of aesthetic services including microdermabrasion and waxing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products and equipment.
• Enhance client satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional events.
• Keep accurate records of treatments performed and products sold.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist in training junior staff on treatments and products.
• Participate in community events to promote salon visibility.
• Contribute to a positive team dynamic and salon culture.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Skincare or related field

Experience

• Experience in high-end salons or spas is an advantage
