Job Description

We seek a passionate Application Security Engineer to bolster our application security framework. This role involves conducting security assessments, penetration testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the security posture of our software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate application security threats and devise mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure security testing is part of the testing cycle.
• Assist in the formulation of security policies and procedures.
• Research and stay current on emerging application security threats.
• Coordinate with external security experts for audits and assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• Certification in application security frameworks is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on security
