Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in Pretoria. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies to meet those goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates effectively.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication.
• Advise hiring managers on strategies for attracting candidates.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve efforts.
• Engage with current employees for referrals and recommendations.
• Design and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
• Master's in Human Resources Management is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
