Sawmill Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking Sawmill Production Worker to operate and maintain machinery in our sawmill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and contributing to the production process.

Responsibilities

• Setup and adjust machinery for optimal cutting performance.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on lumber and report findings.
• Implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Assist the supervisor in managing workflow and production schedules.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.
• Provide support for training new employees on machinery operation.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude in the workplace.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• Technical or vocational training in wood processing is a plus

Experience

• Willingness to learn and adapt to various production tasks.

Languages

• English: Fluent
