Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, implementing strategic plans, and fostering relationships with key clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to lead a team towards achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring targets are met.
• Develop and implement training for new team members.
• Assess team performance and implement CRM tools for efficiency.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts related to sales.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability.
• Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
• MBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus

• 6+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
