Job Description

We are looking for an Investment Banker to join our Cape Town office, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in investment banking and be a team player ready to tackle complex financial challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and valuation of companies to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients.
• Work closely with teams across various sectors to deliver comprehensive advisory services.
• Negotiate deal structures and terms with clients and third parties.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• CFA Level 1 or MBA preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking

• English: Fluent
