Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aerosol Supervisor to manage our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing aerosol production operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the aerosol production process ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Coordinate with quality control to verify product specifications are met.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and any discrepancies.
• Assist in developing training programs for operational staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within the manufacturing sector.
