Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality software solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing test plans, executing tests, and documenting results. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the software is not only functional but also user-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans.
• Identify and report any issues, bugs, or feedback to the development team.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Review and analyze system specifications to ensure compliance.
• Improve testing documentation and processes over time.
• Provide constructive feedback to developers regarding usability and functionality.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and production releases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or testing

Technical Skills

• Automated Testing
• API Testing

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment, familiar with Scrum or Kanban.
