Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on IT support to employees and customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, and application issues.
• Conduct training sessions for users on new technologies.
• Ensure data security protocols are followed across all platforms.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Respond to IT service requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new systems and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support and administration

Technical Skills

• Active Directory
• Remote Support Tools

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Adaptability

Certifications

• CompTIA Network+ Certification
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Linux Systems: Familiarity with Linux operating systems for troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITIL Framework: Understanding of ITIL principles and processes.
