• Lead design sessions to understand user requirements and translate them into refined designs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver sharp, engaging, and usable designs.
• Create user personas and journey maps to enhance product utility.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and suggest improvements.
• Maintain documentation for the design process and deliverables.
• Collaborate on the design of marketing materials that complement digital offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any design-related discipline
• Master's degree in UX/UI design or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in design-focused roles

• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Design Institute Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
