Responsibilities

• Work with the UX team to iterate on design solutions.
• Facilitate design reviews and obtain feedback from stakeholders.
• Test and administer usability through A/B testing.
• Monitor performance metrics of various designs and improve UI based on data.
• Ensure consistency across design elements and platforms.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance design skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any design-related discipline
• Master's degree in UX/UI design or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in design-focused roles

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• InVision

Certifications

• UX Design Institute Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with accessibility best practices: Knowledge of accessibility standards to create inclusive designs.
• Experience in A/B testing: Ability to conduct and analyze A/B tests to improve user experiences.
