Responsibilities

  • Implement new procedures to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Facilitate communications among nursing, administrative, and clinical staff.

  • Manage patient records systems and ensure confidentiality.
  • Create budgets and evaluate expenses to improve finance management.
  • Liaise with external healthcare agencies and vendors.
  • Respond to emergencies and resolve conflicts within the team.
  • Promote public health initiatives and community engagement.
  • Evaluate staff performance and support their career development.
  • Work with management to strategize improvements for the facility's operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Health Services Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in a healthcare managerial role
