Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to enhance our software development process and improve the user experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in testing methodologies and a knack for identifying issues before our products hit the market. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our applications are bug-free and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated testing scripts to improve efficiency.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements for quality.
• Help develop a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Certifications in quality assurance methodologies preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in IT quality assurance or software testing

• Test Management Tools

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
