Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Process Optimization Specialist who is passionate about driving efficiencies and process improvements. Your role will focus on identifying bottlenecks, implementing solutions, and leading initiatives that enhance productivity across our engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain process maps and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all process changes.
• Monitor and assess the impact of process improvements over time.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff to familiarise them with new processes.
• Act as a key contact for process-related queries and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• MBA or related advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in process re-engineering or optimization

Technical Skills

• Process Mapping
• Project Management

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Data Visualisation Tools Experience: Experience using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present data insights.
