Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers by offering product support and resolving any issues promptly. Strong communication skills and empathy are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a prompt and courteous approach.
  • Document customer feedback and suggest improvements for service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve set performance targets.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of processes.
  • Provide product demonstrations and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar customer support role
