The role entails conceptualizing, developing, and articulating design ideas through various stages while collaborating with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Create conceptual designs for various architectural projects, focusing on sustainability.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and provide professional insight.
• Utilize CAD software to prepare detailed architectural plans.
• Ensure ongoing communication with project teams to facilitate collaboration.
• Review design specifications and compliance with zoning laws.
• Mentor junior architects and interns within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Master’s degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
