Job Description

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician who will be responsible for providing first-level support to users and maintaining IT equipment at our Cape Town office. The successful candidate will help streamline processes and enhance productivity by ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of novel machine learning models for predictive analytics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver timely project outcomes.
• Explore new avenues in AI research to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop robust testing methodologies to evaluate AI models and ensure their accuracy.
• Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at industry conferences.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics)
• PhD in AI or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI-driven projects
