Job Description

Join our vibrant HR team as a Human Resources Executive Assistant, where you will provide comprehensive support to the HR Executive. This dynamic role involves managing HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of employee records and data privacy compliance.
  • Assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare documentation for HR audits and compliance checks.
  • Liaise with department heads to understand HR needs.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Assist in managing the performance appraisal process.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Continuously update and improve HR processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role within HR
