Job Description

We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to spearhead our training initiatives in Pretoria. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing training programs that cater to both personal and professional development. The successful candidate will collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.

Responsibilities

  • Create a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions both onsite and online.
  • Collect and analyze data related to training effectiveness.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance training initiatives.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of learning and development best practices.
  • Manage training budgets and resource allocation effectively.
  • Facilitate workshops aimed at team building and professional development.
  • Coordinate with HR for onboarding and performance management initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or similar fields
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in a training or development role with leadership experience
