Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware and software problems reported by users.
• Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
• Assist in implementing organizational security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Provide second-level IT support and escalate issues when necessary.
• Develop training resources and support materials for users.
• Participate in IT department meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure IT resources are managed efficiently and effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Bachelor's degree in IT is advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years in desktop support or similar roles.

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
